          &lt;p&gt;I had a lunch time chat with &lt;a href= &#034;http://www.kentotten.com/&#034; &gt;Ken Totten&lt;/a&gt;, who pointed out something interesting on &lt;a href= &#034;http://www.ociweb.com/&#034; &gt;OCI&#039;s own website&lt;/a&gt; (I&#039;m so used to reading everybody else&#039;s website, I ignored my own employer&#039;s):&lt;/p&gt;

Management should be trying to reduce risk, not magnify it. Failure, even at half the previous cost, is not a management option.&lt;/p&gt;
