Let 6u10 Be Java 7

Eric Burke: Based on the number of features and time to market, JDK 1.6u10 should just be called Java 7, and make the features java.* or javax.* pkgs.

As u10 is effectively JDK 6.0 u10, maybe this should be released as JDK 6.1 (1.6.1). I agree with the extra features being separate.
