I left a comment making him aware that his entry was identical to one on your site. After I left the entry I noticed a subtle hyperlink (source) at the start of the entry attributing the entry to you. The link is not prominent enough in my opinion.

I don't have any issues with him linking to my blog. I don't have any issues with him quoting me. I don't have any issues with him quoting my entire blog entry. I don't even have any issues with him quoting my entire entry without any additional comment.

What I do have an issue with is him passing my writing as his own.

One may argue that he is not, because of the link he provided. I counter that argument with "hyperlinking is not attribution."

Since I think he's not doing the attribution adequately, I'm doing it for him.
