Peculiar Error Message From Firefox

Help!

I received this error message from Firefox when I tried to start it:

I'd appreciate any hint, help, pointer that anybody can give me.

Have you tried starting it in Safe-Mode? If not, go to the start menu, find the Mozilla/Firefox folder and use the "Safe-Mode" shortcut to try starting it up.

Fedora Core 5 doesn't have a Safe-mode menu item for Firefox. But Firefox did start on a second try without the error message.

That leaves me with a nagging feeling that there's something wrong with my Firefox installation, but I don't know what it is and I don't know when it will strike again.

i think that you installed/updated an extension/theme and that throwed that message.
and on second run firefox avoided that component...:)
